The PAYSTAR online payment portal has been updated.
THE SYSTEM WILL NOW ALLOW FOR ANY AMOUNT OF PARTIAL UNDER PAYMENTS OR A LIMIT OF $30.00 FOR OVER PAYMENTS ON YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE.
