Permanent Appropriation Ordinance

An ordinance to make appropriations for current Expenses and other

Expenditures of the Village of Vanlue, Hancock County, Ohio, during the fiscal year

ending December 31, 2025 and declaring and emergency.

 

BE IT ORDAINED and RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Vanlue,

Hancock County, Ohio, that, to provide for the current expenses and other

expenditures of the said Village of Vanlue during the fiscal year ending December

31, 2025 the following sums be, and they are hereby set aside and appropriated as

follows.

This matter concerning the financial needs of the Village, which Council did

declare an emergency and declared this Ordinance effective immediately and

further, the Council did waive the three-reading rule and elect to pass by vote of

Council this Ordinance after one reading.
