The Village of Vanlue is seeking qualified applicants for the positions of Fiscal Officer as well as for a Utility Clerk.

The duties of the Fiscal Officer of the Village of Vanlue are those as defined in the Ohio Revised Code and all other duties as assigned. The Fiscal Officer is responsible for all financial accounting functions and governmental reporting requirements for the Village of Vanlue.

The Fiscal Officer works at the pleasure of the Village Mayor and Council and is bound by the rules and regulations set in the Ohio Revised Code.

 

The Utility Clerk serves as a customer service representative and is responsible for the monthly billing process, collections and depositing of funds, required reports, and accounts management of the village water and sewer system. This position reports to the Village Administrator.

The successful candidates must submit to background checks and be able to be bonded.
